“My dogs and I have headed north to Darwin to work for the dry season,” she wrote.

“Andrew and I have had to cancel our wedding due to reasons out of our control, but we are both OK.”

“I’m not sure what else to say other than, sometimes life is hard and we all just need a little breathing space,” she added. “There will be no farming content from me for the foreseeable future.”

Days later, she reassured fans that one of her beloved dogs, Scout, had not made the journey to Darwin for a very valid reason.

“For those asking about Scout, she’s at home with Andrew because she’s starting her sheepdog training.”

The couple announced their engagement in March 2023 after being together for a year after the show.

Claire moved to Andrew’s farm in Narromine, NSW, shortly after they left the show early, pledging to be together.

They also filmed a video encouraging viewers to join the dating show and find love.

“Claire and I have not looked back, and we are both so grateful for our new adventure and life together,” said Andrew.

After their engagement, the couple talked openly about starting a family and said they were keen to take their relationship to the next step.

“It would be nice to have twins first up and then see what would happen after that,” Claire said.

“We’re approaching it with the mindset of, let’s enjoy one another first for a period of time and make memories of our own, and if things keep evolving in a positive manner, then that’ll come,” Andrew added.

Since the wedding cancellation was announced by Claire, Andrew is yet to publicly comment on their decision to part ways, but Claire still appears on his Instagram profile.

Fans of the Channel 7 show were devastated by news of the split.

“I’m sad. She’s even removed the announcement of their engagement on Instagram,” said one.

“They have been together for ages and appeared the perfect couple,” said another.
