Social media users are divided after an Australian influencer wore a ‘white’ dress to her friend’s wedding.
Kat Clark has a social media following of 6.6 million on TikTok and 770k on Instagram and she has raised the question of what appropriate wedding attire actually is.
The mum of two recently stirred the pot when she posted her white floral wedding outfit; her dress had white sequins with a colourful floral pattern.

The 34-year-old responded to this comment with a video asking, “You know when they say you can’t wear white to a wedding this is okay right?”
She added she was going to wear the dress because it was her only option.
Social media users were divided on whether wearing a white dress to a wedding was disrespectful.

A second person commented, “I would be annoyed if someone had that much white… it’s a stunning dress though.”
