New Geelong player Keighton Matofai-Forbes is under investigation after an alleged incident between himself and a woman at a concert in Melbourne.

The Herald Sun has reported that the 18-year-old, who Geelong drafted this year with pick 69, was approached by a woman at Australian DJ Dom Dolla’s gig at Flemington Racecourse on the weekend.

Matofai-Forbes has been accused of assaulting the woman during an alleged altercation.

The AFL’s integrity unit is aware of the matter.

Matofai-Forbes represented Victoria Metro during the under-18s championships and impressed scouts with 11 goals from seven games with the Western Jets.

After being drafted by the Cats, Matofai-Forbes described himself as a “powerful player”.

“I would describe myself as a bit of a powerful player, a power athlete and that is where most of my strengths lie,” he said.

“Like some of the other boys I am very aerobically based, can run all day.

“I can get up in the air and can move pretty quick, that is my strength.”

Fellow Geelong player Tanner Bruhn was questioned about an alleged sexual assault at a night club in October as a witness.
