Four mountaineers die in accidents in the Italian Alps
Four mountaineers have died in separate accidents in the Italian Alps.
The three men and one woman died after falling from mountains peaks in the Veneto, Trentino and Piedmont regions during the weekend, broadcaster RAI reported.
Helicopters and rescue teams were deployed in the affected areas, Italy’s mountain rescue service said.
