ACT: Ice skating coach charged by child abuse team for alleged sexual assault offences
A man who used his position as an ice skating coach has allegedly preyed on young people as police release details of charges for sexual assault.
A 64-year-old man has been charged with multiple sexual assault offences after a search warrant was executed at his home in the ACT on Wednesday.
Specialist investigators from ACT policing’s sexual assault and child abuse team attended a residence in Calwell where search warrants were executed.

Police allege the 64-year-old used his role as an established ice skating coach in Canberra to gain access to his victim. The alleged offending for this matter occurred between 2015 and 2016.
