A young boy was rushed to hospital after being pulled unconscious from a pool at Crown Resort on Friday.

It’s understood the five-year-old was pulled from the water by members of the public in front of distressed guests.

He was rushed to Perth Children’s Hospital in an ambulance, arriving at 3.45pm.

It is believed he was in the Crown Towers pool area at the time.

A hospital spokesman said the boy was in a stable condition on Wednesday.

A Crown Perth spokesperson confirmed it was supporting a number of team members who were involved in responding to a poolside incident last week.
