A popular lolly sold at supermarkets across Australia has been pulled from shelves after an urgent recall notice from the nation’s food watchdog.

Food Standards Australia and New Zealand ordered the recall after Nestle Australia detected plastic in 130gram packets of its Allen’s iNSiDE OUTS, fruit flavoured gummy cubes.

Consumers have been warned that they should not eat the product and instead return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
