A four-week-old baby at “significant risk” has been found “safe and well”, Queensland Police said.

The update comes after the baby from Fortitude Valley, in Brisbane, was last seen on Sunday, June 9.

A 37-year-old woman known to the baby had been identified as a person of interest.

However the baby was found on Friday morning.
