A teenage student has been rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries after a violent altercation at a Brisbane school.

A teenage boy has been rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries after he was allegedly stabbed during an altercation at a Brisbane school.
Emergency crews were called to the Islamic College of Brisbane at Karawatha, in Brisbane’s south, shortly before midday following reports of a fight between two students.
A 17-year-old student was treated at the scene before being taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a critical condition.

Police have established a presence in the surrounding area as they continue their inquiries and are appealing for anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.
