Man allegedly caught snapping inappropriate ‘intimate’ pictures of beachgoers at Bronte Beach

A man was arrested at Bronte Beach after allegedly recording “intimate” images without consent, NSW Police said.

Beachgoers filled the popular swimming spot in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, where the 67-year-old man was arrested on Sunday.

Reports of the man’s “inappropriate behaviour” were made about 3.40pm, police said.

The 67-year-old man was arrested on the beach and charged with three counts of intentionally record an intimate image without consent and three counts of behave in an offensive manner in/near a public place/school.

He was refused bail to appear at the Parramatta Local Court on Monday.
