A man has been extradited from Poland to NSW in connection with the 2023 murder of 22-year-old Darcy Schafer-Turner on the state's midnorth coast.

A three year investigation into a man’s murder has led to police extraditing a suspect from Poland.

In March, 2023, NSW Police were investigating the alleged supply of drugs in the Caringbah area.

While doing so, officers identified links to a missing person investigation and the State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad became involved.
