An investigation was launched when loved ones could not reach him.

The man’s car was found at Upper Rouchel on Wednesday afternoon, triggering a major multi-agency search.

Emergency services located a body in the area about 3.20pm on Friday.

“While the body is yet to be formally identified, it is believed to be that of the missing man,” NSW Police said.

Authorities are not treating the death as suspicious.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
