Four men on run, two injured after home invasion at Rosemeadow, Sydney

Up to four men are on the run after a terrifying home invasion in Sydney’s southwest.
Police say between three and four men forced entry through the front door of a home on Hamlet Crescent, Rosemeadow at about 1.40am on Monday.
The men were wearing dark clothing – including gloves and face coverings – and were armed with a double-barrel shot gun and two machetes.

Four women, aged in their 20s, were home at the time but were uninjured.
Police believe the attack was targeted.
The intruders fled the scene and were last seen running into Lear Place.
They did not take anything from the home.
The 53-year-old man was treated for facial lacerations and the 19-year-old man for minor injuries. Both were taken to Campbelltown Hospital in a stable condition.
A crime scene has been established.
