Man dies after being pulled from water at Murray Rose Pool in Sydney’s Double Bay

A man has died after being pulled from a tidal swimming pool in Sydney Harbour.
Emergency services were called to Murray Rose (Redleaf) Pool on New South Head Rd at Double Bay about 2.30pm on Thursday after concerns were raised for the man’s welfare.
Bystanders had pulled him from the water before police and paramedics arrive.

According to Woollahra Municipal Council, no life saving services are provided at the pool.
A crime scene has been established as detectives work to determine how the incident unfolded.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
