Perisher Ski Resort: 22-year-old man dies in snowboarding accident on Snowy Mountains
New details have been revealed after a 22-year-old man died at one of Australia’s most popular ski resorts.
A 22-year-old snowboarder has died in the New South Wales Snowy Mountains in a tragic accident.
An incident occurred at the Perisher Ski Resort on Tuesday, with emergency services being called around 2.30pm.
The snowboarder, a young man, was unfortunately unable to be saved after he was injured in “a crash”.

By continuing you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy.“Officers attached to Monaro Police District arrived and were told a 22-year-old man had been injured after a crash,” a NSW Police spokesperson said.
“He was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics, however he died at the scene.”
NSW Police confirmed that a report is being prepared for the Coroner.
Details around the crash remain unclear, and the identify of the young man has not yet been revealed.
