Police have confirmed the man was struck by an unknown vehicle that failed to stop after the crash.

About an hour later, police responded to a separate incident on Kurmond Road, North Richmond, where a Nissan Navara utility vehicle had left the roadway and rolled several times.

A 41-year-old man was treated for minor injuries and taken to Westmead Hospital for assessment.

Police are investigating whether the two incidents are linked.

“A secondary crime scene was established at the location where the vehicle will be seized for forensic examination,” NSW Police said in a statement.

Anyone with information or dashcam footage of both incidents is urged to contact Windsor Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
