Sydney gets a taste of famous American fast food chain, In-N-Out, at Coogee Bay Hotel pop-up

A popular American fast-food giant will make a rare appearance in Sydney on Wednesday, launching a one-day pop-up at the Coogee Bay Hotel.
The famous fast food chain, In-N-Out Burger, will be available from 9am to 3pm, serving the chain’s most iconic menu items, including its famous Double-Double burger, made with two beef patties, two slices of American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and In-N-Out’s signature sauce.
Also on offer is the cult favourite Animal Style burger, an off-menu staple featuring mustard-cooked patties, grilled onions, extra cheese, pickles, and a generous helping of secret sauce. The Protein Style burger, which swaps the bun for lettuce wraps, will also be available for those after a low-carb option.

Founded in 1948 in California, In-N-Out has built a loyal global fan base with its simple, made-fresh menu of burgers, fries and shakes.
The chain is known for never using frozen ingredients and for running its own stores, rather than franchising, to maintain quality control.
Despite having no permanent locations in Australia, In-N-Out’s occasional pop-ups consistently draw huge crowds and renewed calls for the brand to set up shop Down Under.
For context, In-N-Out store managers earn over $160,000 USD per year ($A245,000) which is among the highest salaries in the fast food industry.
