Sydney man apologises to widow in Zivan Radmanovich Bali murder trial
A Sydney man on trial for allegedly planning a deadly shooting ambush in Bali has apologised to the victim’s widow as his murder trial continues.
Darcy Jenson is accused of orchestrating the murder of Melbourne father Zivan Radmanovich, who was gunned down at his villa.
Facing the possibility of the death penalty if found guilty, Jenson delivered an emotional apology directly to Radmanovich’s widow during court proceedings on Monday.

“I apologise for my actions that led to the passing of your husband, Zivan, your children’s father.”
The trial of Jenson and his two Australian co-accused is continuing.
