Police arrival brought the event to an abrupt end with authorities claiming the number of attendees required the party to be shut down immediately.
Officers remained present outside the home while teenagers exited and dispersed through the surrounding suburb.
Paramedics set up outside the property to evaluate intoxicated attendees as several teenage girls could be seen slumped over on the kerb.

One teenage girl received treatment for intoxication before being transported to Prince of Wales Hospital for further evaluation.
Despite the scale of the emergency operation and the high number of heavily intoxicated youths present, NSW Police confirmed no arrests were made, and no property damage was recorded.
Officers remained stationed outside the waterfront property until the crowds had left.
