Granville Diggers stabbbing: Knifeman on the run after security guard stabbed inside RSL
A knifeman is on the run after stabbing a security guard inside an RSL club in Sydney’s west overnight.
Police were called to the Granville Diggers on Memorial Drive shortly before 10.40pm on Wednesday following reports of a stabbing.
A 36-year-old man was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics at the scene for a stab wound to his arm. He was taken to hospital in a serious condition, NSW Police said.

It is understood the knifeman and a man who was with him at the time fled the scene.
Police inquiries are ongoing.
