One of those boys had serious injuries to his abdomen and the other with serious head injuries.

Both boys also suffered serious injuries from seat belts, a Queensland Ambulance Service spokesperson told 7NEWS.

The two other boys in the vehicle were treated for minor injuries before all four boys were rushed to Queensland Children’s Hospital.

The male driver reportedly refused assistance from paramedics and accompanied the boys to hospital.

Queensland Police said the accident brought power lines down in the area, and local traffic diversions are in place.
