Two men injured, one fighting for life, after being hit by metal object at Newstead workplace in Brisbane
One man is fighting for life while another suffered serious injuries when they were hit by a metal object at a workplace in Brisbane.
The men were struck by the object while working at a construction site on Wyandra St in Newstead about 12.10pm on Tuesday.
Multiple paramedics were called to the scene, where they treated one man for significant and life-threatening head injuries, and another for significant injuries to his chest.
