XXXX-‘Can Van’ delivers beer and ice to Cyclone Alfred affected areas

As Queensland grapples with the aftermath of Cyclone Alfred, local brewery XXXX is stepping in to help lift spirits.
From 10am on Thursday, the XXXX Can Van will hit the streets, delivering free cases of beer and bags of ice to suburbs left without power by the storm.
The van will visit areas including parts of Brisbane South West, Ipswich and the Redlands, with a focus on suburbs such as Brookfield, Oxley, Capalaba and Laidley, the brewery announced.

“For over 145 years, we’ve stood with Queenslanders, and this is just another way we can show the community that we’ve got their backs during tough times.”
The offer is available to those aged 18 and over while stocks last and ID will be checked.
Residents can catch the van in the following suburbs:
- Brisbane South West: Brookfield, Oxley, Corinda, Rocklea
- Ipswich Area: Laidley, Bundamba, One Mile
- Redlands Area: Capalaba, Alexandra Hills, Chandler, Sheldon
