A 57-year-old man has been accused of setting a house on fire in Adelaide’s south while a woman was inside with her three children.

South Australia Police charged the man with arson and four counts of endangering life after being called to a domestic disturbance at the property in Hackham West at 4.20pm on Sunday.

Emergency services arrived to find the front door alight and quickly extinguished the blaze, police said.
