Korunye teen flown to hospital as four people injured in bus and car crash

Four people have been injured, including one seriously, in a bus and car collision 50km north of Adelaide on Thursday.

The car driver, an 18-year-old woman, has been airlifted to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with serious injuries she sustained in the crash on Germantown Rd at Korunye about 4pm.

Police said the young woman is a Korunye local.

The bus driver, a 45-year-old man from Rosewater, has also been taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Two of his passengers suffered minor injuries and were treated at the scene.

Germantown Rd remains closed between Jenkin and Simpkin Rds and Pratt and Richter Rds.

The Police Major Crash unit is investigating.
