A western suburbs tradie accused of raping a teenage girl on an Adelaide Metro bus can now be identified after a secrecy order on his identity lapsed.
Benjamin Ruthven-Petrovic, 34, from Findon, has been charged with a raft of serious sex offences including gross indecency, indecent assault and rape.

Ruthven-Petrovic has been in custody since his arrest at a worksite at Oakden.
He has been prevented from being identified while the police investigation was in its early stages.
Now his identity can be revealed after a secrecy order lapsed.
The 34-year-old has not yet made an application for bail and his next court date is scheduled for June.
