TikToker allegedly steals groceries from supermarkets and cooks them for online clicks
The man allegedly steals hundreds of dollars in groceries and cooks them up for his followers.
A TikToker is gaining traction online for allegedly stealing groceries and cooking them up for clicks with retail experts slamming the behaviour.
The light-fingered social media user says he’s inspired by celebrity chef Curtis Stone in a bizarre blend of robbery and ragu.

“You want to go for the expensive s***, you don’t want to be getting the $13 stuff,” the thief says in one video about olive oil, before brazenly walking out of stores with the goods.
He then swaps baskets for beef cheeks, taking TikTok to the stovetop and cooking elaborate meals with his ill-gotten ingredients.
“Shout out (to) Curtis Stone, brah,” he says, claiming to be inspired by the TV chef’s old promise to feed your family for under $10 at Coles.
Calling himself Tommy Testarossa and blurring his face most of the time, the thief boasts about his hauls.
Fleur Brown from the Australian Retail Council condemned the videos.
“He’s essentially encouraging people to steal. It’s also a crime that impacts all Australians. Around $9 billion a year at least is lost to retail theft,” Brown said.
Coles has responded to the videos, stating: “We are deeply concerned to see these types of videos encouraging illegal activity.”
The supermarket giant added they work with police to target repeat offenders.
Woolworths is aware of the videos and is assisting police with enquiries.
