Uber: Rideshare driver and two passengers erupt into heated blow-up in Brisbane
An Uber driver and two passengers have hurled profanities as one another in a heated blow-up that escalated to physical threats.

A heated confrontation has erupted between an Uber driver and two passengers after a rideshare trip escalated into a foul-mouthed argument, with coffee allegedly thrown during the dispute.
In video circulating on X, the male driver can be seen standing outside of the vehicle at the rear passenger door while two female passengers remain seated on the back seat as the argument plays out.
The moments that led to the verbal tirade, which reportedly occurred in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, remain unclear as the three-minute clip begins in the middle of the dispute.

“We can cancel the trip at the exact same time,” one of the women responded.
“Get out of my car, can’t you understand? F..king b...h,” the driver said.
“F..king b...h? Excuse me?” the passenger responded.
The bitter war of words escalates when the rideshare drive threatens to turn the verbal altercation into a physical one by throwing coffee at the passengers.
“I am telling you one more time, otherwise I’m going to throw coffee on you,” he said to the women.
“Spill coffee on me?” the brunette asked, to which the driver responded: “Yes. Can you get out of my car?”
The trio continue to argue back and forth, with the passengers suggesting the tirade was caused by a disagreement over cancelling the trip.
“We just asked you to cancel the trip. I said I’m not cancelling the trip because I’ve been stung before. Was it that hard?” she said.
“You don’t have common sense …” the driver replied.

“Was it that hard?” she said. “Because you’re a scamming f..king c..t.”
The women repeatedly ask the driver why he would accept the trip in the first place before he appears to slam the car door.
“Don’t you f..king slam me in there, the audacity! Mate, I will kick it straight off,” the woman yells before opened the door.
Tensions boil over when the video footage goes shaky and dark but audio captures one of the women screaming “You just f..ing threw coffee at her.”
A bystander then appears to be heard trying to diffuse the the blow-up. “Girls, girls, it’s not worth it,” he said.
“You don’t f..king hit people. Just get out of the car. Walk away, guys. This is too much.”
When asked what happened, the woman claimed they got into the car, the driver told them, “I can’t take two people.’”
“I’m like, ‘Well, why the f..k would you accept the trip?’” she said.
“And then he pulled over and made us cancel it, and then starts abusing her like a f..king idiot. Mate, I swear to God, if I wasn’t already on charges, mate, snap kick straight in the f..king head, bro. My psychosis is sending me for a loop, c..t.”
Uber said it had launched an investigation as the rideshare company gathers more information surrounding the circumstances of the incident.
“Behaviour that violates our community guidelines has no place on the Uber platform and we are currently investigating this matter,” an Uber spokesperson told The Nightly.
In a statement provided to The Nightly, Queensland Police said no formal complaints had been made to the force.
The Nightly has contacted Uber for comment.
