A Melbourne real estate agent has been caught on camera abusing and threatening a young mother in a dispute over a leaf blower.
Trevor Bowen, an award-winning Bayside agent, was filmed marching into a woman’s yard on Wednesday to berate her for using a leaf blower while he was trying to sell the house next door.
“Hey, you don’t want me as an enemy, believe me,” he can be heard saying in the footage.

“Are you threatening me?” the woman responded.
“Do you want everyone in the street to know you’re a c***head? Or just the neighbours that are about to leave?” Bowen said.
The victim, Lisa Rodgers, said she was left shaken by the encounter.
“I was in a bit of a state of shock and fear. I mean, he’s quite a large guy and I’m quite little,” Rodgers said.

In a twist of irony, Rodgers knows Bowen because she bought her house through him.
When asked if she had received an apology from Bowen, Rodgers said: “I have not.”
7NEWS found Bowen on Thursday afternoon meeting with his company’s CEO, but he declined to comment on the incident.

A short time later, Ray White released a statement saying Bowen’s behaviour was completely unacceptable.
“He has concluded his employment with Ray White effective immediately,” the statement read.
Rodgers said the behaviour was inexcusable.
“It’s 2026. That kind of behaviour, misogyny, is just not acceptable,” she said.
