Corio stabbing: Victoria Police investigate after 20-year-old man stabbed in altercation near Geelong
A young man has died after being stabbed and left on a street in Corio, near Geelong, early Sunday morning.
Homicide Squad detectives are investigating after the 20-year-old man was found with a life-threatening stab wound on Little Malop Street about 5.30am.
The Corio man was taken to hospital but he later died from his injuries.

“It is understood two other men involved in the altercation self-presented at a hospital and are being treated for non-life-threatening injuries,” Victoria Police said in a statement.
“The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated and investigations remain ongoing.”
