“It’s alleged the driver reversed the BMW ramming the police vehicle several times,” Victoria Police said.
“Police pushed the BMW forward to stop any further incidents.”
The driver, a 43-year-old man, was arrested at the scene along with his passenger, a 31-year-old woman.
They were both taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Four bollards were ripped out of the concrete at the petrol station during the ramming incident.
Rubbish and debris from other damaged items remains at the scene.
The shop attendant who was working at the time told 7NEWS the first thing he did was shut off the fuel pumps as he was worried the driver would crash into one.
