52-year old man arrested and helping police after man dies from injuries.

A man has died after being found injured at a home in Melbourne’s southeast.

Police attended a home on Foote St, Brighton, about 8.30pm on Friday where they found the injured man.

CPR was performed on the man however he died at the scene.

The victim is yet to be formally identified.

A 51-year-old man was arrested at the scene and is helping police with their investigation into the death.

“The exact circumstances surrounding the man’s death are yet to be determined and the investigation remains ongoing,” police said.
