A woman has died following a serious crash in East Melbourne last month in which she mounted a kerb and struck a pedestrian.

The 29-year-old driver mounted the kerb at the intersection of Nicholson St and Victoria Pde just after 7am on Friday, November 29.

She struck several parked cars, as well as a teenage boy.

The woman was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries however on Thursday police confirmed she had since died.

The 16-year-old was taken to hospital with serious injuries where he remains.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
