A man who allegedly filmed a woman inside a toilet cubicle has been charged and police are appealing for other possible victims to come forward.
Police allege the 21-year-old man from Wattle Grove entered public toilets inside Betty’s Burgers in Forrest Chase, in the Perth CBD, then used a mobile phone to film a woman inside one of the cubicles at about 5.30pm on September 20.
The woman followed him outside into the mall and he fled the area, but police were contacted and he was identified then taken into custody.

By continuing you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy.A subsequent review of security footage determined he attended public toilets inside Myer beforehand, with police asking anyone who used the bathroom on level two between 3.45pm and 5pm to contact police.

Detectives have requested that anyone who saw the man acting suspiciously beforehand should contact Crime Stoppers.
The man has been charged with one count of using optical surveillance device to record a private activity.
He is due to appear in Perth Magistrates Court on October 21.
