Western Sydney stabbing: Seven people arrested in Green Valley following an alleged brawl early on Monday

A man is in hospital under police guard after being stabbed in alleged suburban brawl in the early hours of Monday morning, with police swiftly arresting seven people.
Emergency services were called to Taminga Road, Green Valley, at around 4.15am on Monday following reports of a brawl.
Police alleged when they arrived, the group was still actively fighting.

NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the man at the scene before taking him to Liverpool Hospital where he remains in a serious condition under police guard.

Four women - aged 19, 32, 33 and 59 - and two men - aged 21 and 26 - were arrested by police and taken to Liverpool Police Station.
“Following initial inquiries, police believe the group allegedly confronted two men – both wearing balaclavas – after they tracked a vehicle allegedly stolen from Mt Prichard earlier this week to Green Valley,” a NSW Police spokesperson said.
Police also believe an additional person, also wearing a balaclava, fled the scene before they arrived.
A crime scene has been established as investigations continue.
