Westfield Bondi Junction: Man charged over alleged sexual assault of 15-year-old girl at shopping centre
A man has been charged after an alleged sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl at a major shopping centre.
Police were told a man allegedly sexually assaulted the girl at Westfield Bondi Junction on Oxford Street on Friday at around 8.30pm.
Following investigations, police arrested a 27-year-old man at a rail-bus interchange in Bondi Junction on Sunday.

By continuing you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy.The man was taken to Waverley Police station where he was charged with: Six counts of intentionally sexually touch child 10 years & 16 years, groom child for unlawful sexual activity, aggravated sex assault- victim under the age of 16 years.
The man faced Waverley Local Court on Monday where he was refused bail.
He will next appear at Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday 25 February.
