The driver, a 35-year-old man, was pulled from the car by bystanders.

Police allege this was the driver’s third crash of the evening.

A police spokesperson said before the incident, the car had crashed into a vehicle being driven by a 64-year-old man, and then crashed with a 41-year-old man, before colliding with the parked car.

The driver did not stop after the first two collisions.

When attempts were made to breathalyse him, he was unable to do so, and he allegedly assaulted a police officer.

The 35-year-old was arrested and taken to Cabramatta Police Station.

No injuries have been reported.
