Annie Knight has cleared up speculation surrounding her husband Henry Brayshaw’s relationship with his famous father after he was absent at the couple’s wedding last week.
The 29-year-old Aussie OnlyFans star married Brayshaw last Thursday at The Valley Estate in Currumbin Valley, Queensland in front of 72 close family and friends.
The wedding made headlines across the nation after Brayshaw’s father and retired cricketer James Brayshaw was notably absent from the celebrations.

On Wednesday, Knight stressed that her husband’s estrangement from his dad began around three years ago, before she started dating Brayshaw.
“I don’t know how many times Henry and I have to talk about this, but people seem to want to believe that Henry and his dad don’t speak because he married me or because of Henry’s gambling addiction,” she said.
“Neither of those things is true.
“Henry and his dad haven’t spoken for around three years, long before Henry and I were together. The reason they don’t have a relationship has nothing to do with me and nothing to do with Henry’s gambling addiction.
“They famously butted heads throughout Henry’s life and eventually made the mutual decision to go their separate ways.”

Knight said she hoped Brayshaw could reconnect with his dad in the future.
“It is immensely sad that he wasn’t able to be there for the wedding because he missed a beautiful day filled with so much love and support,” she said.
Knight went on to say that the public likes to believe their relationship won’t last, but “what they don’t understand is that every time we’ve faced something difficult, we’ve overcome it together and it has made our relationship stronger”.
“At this point we have been through so much that I truly believe there is nothing that could be thrown our way that would cause us to go our separate ways,” she said.
“We are in this for life.
“We chose to marry each other despite all the trials and tribulations we’ve gone through together, and I think that is the epitome of a fantastic relationship.”
Of the bad joke made by their MC, Knight said the man immediately regretted making it and never intended it to come across as malicious.
“Obviously it didn’t land, and he feels immensely sorry for it,” she said.
“He’s young, he’s one of our closest friends, and he wasn’t trying to be mean. He genuinely thought it would be funny and he misunderstood the assignment on that one.
“We had eight people get up and speak for us. Henry’s mum spoke for 11 minutes, and it was filled with nothing but kindness, love and support. My mum and dad even did an impromptu speech despite being incredibly shy. Our best friends and my maids of honour spoke. It was a beautiful day filled with so much love, so it is upsetting to see then everything reduced to one bad joke.”
Knight said she was “frustrated” to see media coverage focusing on the absence of Brayshaw’s dad and the joke rather than the love and support they received.
She made her frustration clear in a statement shared to Instagram on Tuesday.
“I have been seeing way too many news articles focusing in on one bad joke or the absence of one person,” she said.
“We had 72 guests at our wedding and every single one of them said they had never been to a wedding filled with more love and support.
“Every single guest that was present would start a war for Henry and I and vice versa.
“That is a testament to Henry and I’s love.
“I feel immense sadness for those who were not present on the day.
“That’s going to be something they will regret for the rest of their lives. It is their loss, not ours.
“To my beautiful mother-in-law Sarah I love you and we cannot thank you enough for standing up and representing Henry’s family.
“He gets all his strength and morals from you and I’m proud to be your daughter-in-law.
“If you feel like hearing the truth about Henry and I feel free to watch my recent reel of just some of the speeches we heard on the night.
“If you’d prefer to run with fake narratives and be ignorant then go ahead but leave us out of it.”
Following their wedding, Knight and Brayshaw jetted off to Boracay — a small island in the Philippines known for its resorts and beaches — for their honeymoon.
