Divorce stings: Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s $90 million mansion forced off-market after failing to sell

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Aflleck have taken their $90 million Beverly Hills mansion off-market after it failed to sell for over a year.
The A-listers first attempted to sell the estate off-market in June last year, but after it failed to attract a buyer the property was publicly listed for $103 million.
Following a 10-month buyer drought, Lopez and Affleck knocked $13 million off the asking price, listing the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom for $90 million.

“While they’ve been hoping to sell the property, they’ve also been hesitant to take a big loss.”

Lopez and Affleck had bought the 3530sqm property in May 2023 for just over $90 million.
The home was a sport lovers dream, fit out with a boxing ring alongside basketball and pickleball courts.
It also boasted a 12 car garage, guest penthouse, caretaker house and two bedroom guardhouse.
The pair had been married for a second time on August 20, 2022 before Lopez filed for divorce on their two-year wedding anniversary. The divorce was finalised on January 6, 2025.
Lopez has since purchased a new $27 million Hidden Hills mansion, and Affleck has moved into a $30 million Brentwood mansion.

The pair initially met on the set of romantic comedy film Gigli.
Affleck made a cameo in Lopez’s 2002 music video for her hit song “Jenny From the Block”.
In November 2002 the pair got engaged, Affleck famously proposed with a diamond ring worth $3.8 million.
The pair were due to get married in September 2003, but postponed the wedding. Then, on January 22, 2004. the pair ended their engagement. They rekindled their relationship in 2021.
