Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl announces he’s become the father of a baby born outside his marriage
Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl has admitted to fathering a baby outside of his 21-year marriage.
The rock musician, 55, revealed the news in an Instagram statement Tuesday, writing that he’s “recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage”.
“I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her,” he said.

A representative for Grohl declined to share any additional comment with NBC News.
Grohl did not disclose in his post any additional information about the mother of his newest daughter.
The founder of Foo Fighters and former drummer for Nirvana has been married to his second wife, Jordyn Blum, for more than two decades.
The pair have three daughters together: Violet Maye, 18, Harper Willow, 15, and Ophelia Saint, 10.
