Hugh Jackman leans on children for support after ‘sad’ split from Deborra-Lee
A source has revealed Hugh Jackman is turning to his children for support after his surprise split from Deborra-Lee Furness.
The Australian icon is leaning on his two adult children — Ava, 23, and Oscar, 18 — as he navigates life without his ex of 27 years.
A close friend of Jackman told Women’s Day: “Ava and Oscar really rallied around him and it’s made a huge impact.

The insider said the 55-year-old’s children have been working to support him in his time of need.
“They know him better than he does and are constantly surprising him,” the sourse said.
“They’ve become closer than he could have imagined and he can confide in them, whereas before he’d turn to Deb.”
According to Yahoo!, Jackman recently lashed out at rumours claiming he was moving back to Australia.
The publication reported that the star posted to his Instagram story, saying he had no plans to leave the Big Apple.
“STOP THE MADNESS!!! Yes, we moved. To a new apartment. IN NEW YORK CITY,” he wrote.
“Stories to the contrary are UNTRUE.”
The update on Jackman’s struggles with his divorce comes after fans were concerned about one of his Instagram posts.
The Greatest Showman star had shared a bizarre slideshow consisting of two photos and an extremely short video clip.
“You ok Hugh?” one user wrote, with many echoing the sentiment.
Another pondered: “Ummm possibly bored, can’t sleep?”
The post could have been an April Fool’s Day joke, with his previous one being a blooper video.
Jackman and Furness split in late 2023.
