The post marks a rare glimpse into Aniston’s private life and the first confirmation of a romance that fans have been quietly watching unfold.
Aniston and Curtis were first linked in July when they were spotted getting cozy on a yacht.
Since then, the author and hypnotherapist has supported her at The Morning Show Season 4 premiere in September, and joined her for a dinner double-date with Jason Bateman and his wife Amanda Anka in August.
“(They are) casually dating and having fun,” a source told People at the time.
“They were introduced by a friend and started out as friends. Jen had read his book and was familiar with his work,” the source said, referring to Curtis’ career as an author and life coach.
“He’s very different from anyone she’s dated before.”
Known for his focus on mindfulness and transformation, Curtis appears to fit seamlessly into Aniston’s world of early mornings, collagen coffee and inner calm.
On his website, Curtis describes his work as “operating at the powerful intersection of science and spirituality.”
Aniston’s post was immediately flooded with love from fans.
One commented, “This version of you is my fav! Healthy, happy, successful and in love! You really deserve this, Jen!”
Another wrote, “You are GLOWING! You go girl — we’re cheering for you forever and always.”
Speaking to People in 2022, Aniston reflected on life after her divorce from Justin Theroux, saying, “I’m interested in finding a fantastic partner and just living an enjoyable life and having fun with one another. That’s all we should hope for.”
She first hinted at the relationship earlier this year, when she shared a “Thank you summer” Instagram post featuring Curtis among the photos.
The pair have since been spotted heading to dinner in New York and leaving Nobu in Malibu with Courteney Cox and Johnny McDaid.
When asked about her dating life by Entertainment Tonight in September, Aniston stayed coy.
“That’s very nice,” she replied, after being told that Curtis seemed to be “a really special guy.”
