John Pearce: Purple Wiggle and his wife Jessie welcome first baby

Purple Wiggle and former Justice Crew star John Pearce has become a dad for the first time.

On Wednesday, Pearce and his wife Jessie took to social media to announce the arrival of their baby boy.

“Welcome to the world our beautiful angel. We have never felt a love like this,” an Instagram post said alongside a photo of the couple with their new pride and joy.

The couple have named their son Henry Nicholas Adamo Pearce.

They were all smiles as they cradled little Henry who was rugged up in a blue blanket and white beanie.

Fellow Wiggles members took to the comments section overjoyed with the news of the latest tiny Wiggle.

Yellow Wiggle Tsehay Hawkins said: “Congratulations you two!!! So happy for you guys ❤️ Love lil Henry already.”

Original Blue Wiggle Anthony Field said: “Beautiful Boy welcome to the world! Congratulations Jesse and Johnny!”

Field’s daughter Lucia, also a Wiggle, said: “Crying. absolutely crying. he’s already so loved.”

Red Wiggle Simon Pryce said: “Congratulations John and Jess. So happy for you both and can’t wait to meet Henry. Lots of love.”

Second Red Wiggle Caterina Mete, who gave birth to twin girls five months ago said: “I love him!!!! Congratulations John and Jessie ❤️ the most beautiful little boy.”

Purple Wiggle Lachy Gillespie, who also has twins said: “Jess, Johnny and Henry sending you all the love in the world.”

While Pearce’s brother Lenny said: “Welcome Henry!!! 🥹🥹🥹 I can’t wait to meet you ! You will have the best Parents.”

The couple announced Jessie’s pregnancy in June. In November, John was absent from The Wiggles’ show’s in Perth while they awaited the new arrival.

Pearce and his brother were part of the music group Justice Crew along with four other members.

JC were the winners of Australia’s Got Talent in 2010 and went on to create popular songs such as Boom Boom, Best Night and Que Sera.
