The mother-of-two has signalled a change in her mindset post-split from Brisbane premiership star Lachie Neale.
Jules Neale has declared she is “choosing myself again”, with the mother suggesting her “days feel lighter” two months post-split from dual Brownlow medallist Lachie Neale.
Returning to her native WA earlier this year, Jules has regularly shared glimpses into her new normal after departing her former residence of Brisbane.
The popular figure frequently captures moments enjoyed alongside family and friends, including her 36th birthday celebrations on Friday, with Jules’ most recent social media post pointing to a shift in her mindset.

“Small daily habits that make a big difference. Getting back into my @welleco routine has been such a simple change with a big impact ✨,” Jules wrote.
“My mornings feel brighter, my days feel lighter and it feels like I’m choosing myself again.”
The former hair salon owner could be seen taste-testing various elixirs from the brand, which purported to boost daily bodily function.
Her 153K Instagram followers appeared to eat it up, flooded with positive feedback towards both the label and Jules’ refreshed lease on life.
“You are absolutely thriving this stuff sounds fab!!!,” one person wrote.
“Babe you don’t even have to justify anything :) just be authentically you everything will fall into place,” another said.
Jules’ return to Perth was fuelled by her recent marriage breakdown to Brisbane Lions player Lachie Neale, with the mother citing an “unimaginable betrayal” late last year.
She has since distanced herself from the father of her two children, as well as former friend Tess Crosley, the woman reportedly at the centre of her relationship woes.
