A group of angry shoppers are calling for Peking Duk’s Keli Holiday to be removed from Bonds’ latest underwear campaign, as a petition with almost 3000 signatures saying the musician’s views are putting the beloved Aussie brand at risk.

Holiday, who is dating media personality Abbie Chatfield, was announced as the face of Bonds’ campaign to celebrate 25 years of its “iconic” Guyfront Trunk.

The change.org petition, started by an anonymous account called ‘Concerned Aussie’, says Bonds’ “trusted image” is “at risk” now that Holiday is the face of their campaign.

The page claims that Holiday — whose real name is Adam Hyde — has made “deeply divisive and offensive” comments which Concerned Aussie did not specify.

“In a widely shared video, he unleashed a furious rant calling people ‘f..king moronic pieces of s..t,’ labelling them bigots, scum, and ‘a stain on this country’,” the statement said.

“These remarks are not light-hearted banter — they are toxic, dehumanising attacks that express contempt for the very customers Bonds relies on. A brand built on Australian values should not platform someone who speaks about fellow Australians with such venom and hostility.”

Comments were mixed on Bonds’ social media post about the Guyfront Campaign, with many echoing the petition’s sentiment.

“How did we go from @robertirwinphotography to this 🤡,” one comment said, referring to former Bonds ambassador Robert Irwin.

Bonds clapped back with their own comment: “a couple of iconic Aussie men 💪.”

“I’m now changing brands,” another said.

However, many comments were supportive of the Dancing2 singer’s appearance in the underwear shoot.

“OH OKAY MR @abbiechatfield - love this 🫶🏼,” one person said.

“Love Adam and love bonds❤️,” another added.
