Kanye West’s former assistant has levelled shock rape allegations against him, claiming she was drugged before he sexually assaulted her at an event co-hosted by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
Lauren Pisciotta said she “began to slip into an altered and heavily impaired state” after accepting a drink while at the studio session, according to an amended complaint she filed in Los Angeles Superior Court this week.
She claims it was Kanye who ordered the drink to be poured.

Although Combs is named in the suit as a co-host of the event, Pisciotta has not accused him of wrongdoing.
Years later, just before she was fired by Kanye, she claims she learned he had sexually assaulted her.
The truth, Pisciotta says, emerged after Kanye’s wife — presumed to be Kim Kardashian, although she is not named in the suit — commented that Kanye and Pisciotta had been “intimate” while Ye was married.
When Pisciotta asked to send a message to Kardashian to say that wasn’t true, Pisciotta says Kanye replied, “We did kind of hook up a little one time,” before reminiscing about the night in Santa Monica.
The lawsuit alleges: “Still to that day, up until that conversation and revelations of true facts and actions taken that night, Plaintiff did not know or think she was sexually assaulted that night, as Plaintiff only thought a studio assistant roofied her, likely embarrassed herself and then took the blame.”
The allegations were added on Tuesday to Pisciotta’s lawsuit first filed in June, which accuses Ye and several Yeezy divisions of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, a hostile work environment and unpaid wages, among other charges.
