The two Justins have been glazing each other with emotional throwbacks to their younger days.

Justin Timberlake has shared a loving tribute to his long-time pal Justin Bieber after the Coachella headliner shouted him out at the California festival over the weekend.
As part of Bieber’s performance, the Canadian played an old clip of himself covering Timberlake’s Cry Me A River as a young singer, gazing back at on the jumbotron as he sang the tune to adoring fans.
Catching wind of the performance, Timberlake offered an insight into one of the pair’s first ever meetings, and posted a rarely seen throwback video on social media.

The clip featured a younger Timberlake and wife Jessica Biel hanging out with a pre-pubescent Bieber in one of their first encounters, with the two Justins posing for photos in what appeared to be Timberlake’s home.
The Mirror singer also shared the passage of Bieber’s performance that referenced him.
“I grew up listening to Justin Timberlake . . . so many other beautiful talents,” Bieber said as he introduced the cover.
“But I remember this like it was yesterday . . . guitar was out of tune.”

Bieber would have been just seven years old when Cry Me a River was released in 2002.
Fans of both stars flooded Timberlake’s tribute post, including prominent music accounts.
“Growth, love, and giving flowers . . . we’re here for it,” Spotify wrote.
“Our heart 🥹❤️,” YouTube Music added.

Some pop-lovers demanded a duet from the two pop stars, who remarkably have never officially collaborated on a track.
“Oh Justin x Justin. I need a collab,” one person said.
While another emotional fan said: “Oh I’m cryin’ a river now.”
