Australian model Sahara Ray shared a touching tribute to her baby daughter in what would become her final Instagram post before her tragic death at just 34.

The swimwear designer, who welcomed daughter Snow earlier this year, posted a series of adorable photographs of her little girl on July 20 — 13 weeks before she died on Sunday.

“My whole heart 🤍 baby Snow,” she captioned the Instagram post.

One photograph shows Snow in a little blue dress, while another shows a man’s arms holding the baby.

The once-joyful post has now become a place for fans to mourn the model after news of her death broke on Tuesday morning.

Her devastated family confirmed her passing in a statement to TMZ, saying she died in hospital.

“She passed away last night surrounded by family at the hospital. She was so loved,” her family said.

One devastated follower wrote on her final Instagram post “RIP Queen”.

Another wrote: “You we’re so adored, rest in complete bliss angel.”

A cause of death has not been disclosed.

Ray — the daughter of Australian surfer Tony Ray — rose to international prominence through her modelling career and high-profile fling with Justin Bieber in 2016.
