Kim Kardashian reveals horrifying assassination threat from someone close to her

The trailer for the latest season of The Kardashians has left fans aghast with the bombshell that Kim Kardashian had a hit put on her life by a close ally.

Hulu released a teaser trailer for season seven on Thursday, giving loyal fans of the famous family a glimpse at what’s to come — but there was one particular moment of the two-and-a-half minute clip that horrified viewers.

“I got a call from investigators,” Kim Kardashian said in it.

“Someone extremely close to me has put a hit out on my life.”

The revelation in the trailer was immediately followed by a snippet of Kendall and Kylie Jenner talking to family matriarch Kris, presumably about the hit on their sister.

“Everyone’s kind of on edge,” Kendall is heard saying, while the youngest sister Kylie revealed she had “heard footsteps walk into my room”.

The following scene showed the law student sobbing on the couch as a voiceover from Kim said: “I am terrified out of my mind.”

An insider for the SKIMS mogul told RadarOnline the situation has “rattled her to her core”.

“Kim is surrounded by a full security detail 24/7. There are guards at her home, in her car and stationed near the kids’ schools,” the source said.

“She been through scary situations before but this one felt personal because it came from someone close. It made her question everyone around her.”

Kim’s fears are far from unfounded.

In October 2016, the reality TV star was robbed at gunpoint in her Parisian hotel room by five men dressed as policemen.

While begging with the intruders for her life, Kardashian was tied up, gagged and had an estimated $13 million in jewellery stolen from her.

Ten men were tried for their role in the burglary, with eight being found guilty in May 2025.

None of the convicted men faced any prison time due to the Parisian court considering pre-trial detention and the nine-year gap between the robbery and the verdict while handing down their sentences.

Kardashian gave a statement to media outlets following the trial’s conclusion, calling the crime “the most terrifying experience of my life, leaving a lasting impact on me and my family”.

Who targeted Kim isn’t the only thing fans have to look forward to in the show’s latest season — with the trailer also teasing the return of Caitlyn Jenner and Rob Kardashian Jr to the silver screen.

Jenner hasn’t appeared on an episode of the show since 2021, while the sole Kardashian brother stepped back from the spotlight in 2017 following the birth of his first child Dream.

The new season of The Kardashians premieres on Disney+ on October 23, with new episodes coming out every Thursday.
