Reality TV star, Paddy Colliar, relives the moment he was stabbed as alleged attacker faces Adelaide court
A former reality TV star has spoken about the moment he was stabbed while working as a topless waiter in Adelaide’s northern suburbs.
Paddy Colliar, a former Bachelorette contestant, told the Adelaide district court he was stabbed while breaking up a fight at a 60th birthday party he was working at in August 2021.

Amin has pleaded not guilty to aggravated causing harm with intent.
Colliar testified Amin grabbed the woman around the throat and thrashed her around “like a ragdoll” he said in court.
He told the jury in the struggle to push the accused away he “felt a thump against my ribcage” followed by another patron calling out, “Oh My God Paddy, you’ve been stabbed.”
Colliar told the court, he looked down and saw a lot of blood pouring out of a wound.
“ .. like turning on a tap .. like a fountain just pouring out blood,” he said.

Colliar also told the court Amin was very drunk and very aggressive that night and was constantly making inappropriate comments to women.
The trial before a jury continues tomorrow.
